Choose Mission 16 for a short ace combat 8 mrp farm: an Elite run with SU-35S and 6AAM took 3:14, from mission start to mission summary, and paid 82k MRP. Another run with F/A-36, difficulty recorded as “player,” and S rank took 3:39 for 70,880 MRP, around 19,400 MRP/min. Mission 27 is a longer alternative with a reported 288k MRP in roughly 11:08, around 26.1k/min. These runs use different conditions; the best mission to farm MRP across every difficulty and loadout is not confirmed yet.
Which mission should you repeat?
MRP earned in missions unlocks additional fighter jets. For an Ace Combat 8 best MRP farm choice, compare repeatable completion time as well as payout: a large reward alone does not establish the fastest farm.
Mission 16 — recommended for short runs
Choose this if you want a brief ship-identification and UAV-clear loop. The fastest timed record here is 3:14; the 3:38 Elite record below used a different aircraft.
| Run date | Aircraft and conditions | Time | MRP | Reported MRP/min |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| September 30, 2026 | F/A-36; “player” difficulty; S rank | 3:39 | 70,880 | Around 19,400 |
| October 1, 2026 | F-22A; Elite | 3:38 | 82,000 | Not stated |
| October 4, 2026 | SU-35S; 6AAM; Elite; start to summary | 3:14 | 82k | About 25k |
Mission 27 — choose a longer, higher-payout loop
Choose this if you prefer fewer restarts and loading screens between runs. One September 30 comparison favored it for longer farming sessions, even though Mission 16 led that player's three-mission test.
| Run date | Aircraft and conditions | Time | MRP | Reported MRP/min |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| September 30, 2026 | F/A-36; “player” difficulty; deaths/retries removed from estimate | Approximately 12:32 | 226,510 | Around 18,070 |
| October 2, 2026 | SU-34; UGBL; maxed bomb upgrades; Elite | “10:33:58” | 240k+ | Not stated |
| October 3, 2026 | F-15E; SFFS/XSDB; “Ace difficulty”; no-hit bonus | Roughly 11:08 | 288k | Around 26.1k |
The meaning of “10:33:58” is not confirmed yet. “Ace difficulty” and “player” are preserved as recorded, without mapping them to other difficulty names. A universal Elite 1.5× MRP multiplier is not confirmed yet. The Mission 16 estimate of about 1.5mil/hour is not a guaranteed session yield; your repeated times and time between runs matter.
In the September 30 F/A-36 comparison, Mission 28 paid 239,860 MRP but took 33:29, around 7,160 MRP/min. Its larger single payout did not beat Missions 16 or 27 in that test.
How do you keep Mission 16 short?
For this Ace Combat 8 farm MRP route, identify the ships quickly and prepare for UAVs before sinking the final target. Use the Ace Combat 8 Mission 16 page when you need help with the mission itself.

Identify all three disguised ships
Look for three cranes on the deck and a sun emblem on the hull. Confirm these features before firing; do not attack civilian ships.
Position behind the last ship
A player route recommends identifying the last two ships, staying near the one you will sink last, using LAGM on the farther ship, then missiles on the final ship. Position behind the last ship to fire your gun above it where UAVs emerge.

Destroy the emerging UAVs
The gun-positioning route aims to clear UAVs before you have to chase them upward. Bring air weapons as backup. The timed SU-35S run used 6AAM; another tested recommendation lists 4AAM, QAAM, SASM or HPAA for drones.
Retry a familiar ship layout
One player observed what seemed to be two ship layouts: immediately retrying after completion kept the same layout, while fully exiting and restarting could change it. Treat this as an observation when planning repeats.
Sinking the third ship quickly does not eliminate every UAV. October 2 and October 5 player reports describe avoiding the second wave by destroying it before the objective switches; the October 2 report counted 10 UAVs in the first wave and 15 in the delayed second wave. Another October 5 run sank all three ships within 30 seconds after identification and still encountered UAVs.
How do you speed up Mission 27 instead?

Start with explosive targets such as fuel to damage the main structure through chain explosions. Next, attack support pillars: destroying supports can bring upper-deck facilities down together.

Then clean up SAMs and enemy fighters. Tested loadout suggestions include F-15E with XSDB/SFFS, F-35C with LACM/8AGM, and F/A-36 with SOD/SASM; they are options rather than a proven universal best loadout.
If you have not reached either main farming option, Ace Combat 8 Mission 15 has a repeat-run recommendation of 90–100k MRP with Gripen E or MiG-21bis while protecting the allied fleet. Its first-run figure of 140,000 MRP should not be used as the repeat payout. A comparable completion time is not confirmed yet, so it cannot be ranked as the fastest MRP farm here.
